How to refund or return goods?
If you want to cancel the order, refund, or return the goods, please submit a formal written request via email: info@dakshenterprise.com to confirm the refund.
If you are unable to contact us by email, please submit the following application form or call us: +911145871014, we will communicate with you the return and refund process.

Warranty and Returns
The Limited Warranty excludes shipping and consumables and other normal wear and tear items. All electronic items (control cards, power supplies, motors) and most mechanical items are covered under the  warranty unless damaged by abuse/fires. Consumables not covered include, but not limited to, rubber parts such as tubing, belts, plastic wheels, lenses, mirrors, other optics, and laser tubes.
Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging within 30 days from the date of shipment. If you want to return anything purchased from us, as long as the product is in a fully resalable state and is a non-customized product, we will be happy to refund or replace the product. If we receive the product after 30 days from the date of delivery, it will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. And it is a non-customized product.
Please note goods that are personalized. Bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. You will receive the refunds within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you fail to pay the shipping fee, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
